Cookie Policy

Last updated: February 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Haymakers Inc. d/b/a Yavoy, a Delaware corporation ("Haymakers," "we," "our," or "us"), uses cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies when you visit or use the Yavoy platform, including our website and mobile application (the "Services").

1. What Are Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Tracking pixels (also called web beacons or pixel tags) are small, transparent images embedded in web pages or emails that allow us to record when a page or email has been viewed. Together, these technologies help us understand how you use our Services, measure the effectiveness of our advertising, and improve your experience.

2. How We Use Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes: (a) Essential Functions — Keeping you logged in, remembering your language preference, maintaining session state, and ensuring security. (b) Analytics and Performance — Understanding how our platform is used, measuring page load times, and identifying areas for improvement. (c) Advertising and Marketing — Measuring the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns, delivering targeted advertisements on third-party platforms, and tracking conversions from our marketing efforts.

3. Specific Tracking Technologies We Use

We use the following tracking technologies on our Services: (a) Google Analytics (Google LLC) — We use Google Analytics to collect and analyze usage data, including pages visited, session duration, and user behavior patterns. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this information. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. (b) Meta (Facebook) Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) — We use the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram, track conversions, and build targeted audiences for our advertising campaigns. The Meta Pixel collects data such as pages visited, actions taken, and device information. You can manage your ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences. (c) LinkedIn Insight Tag (LinkedIn Corporation) — We use the LinkedIn Insight Tag to track conversions from LinkedIn advertising campaigns and to gain insights about our website visitors for marketing purposes. You can opt out at linkedin.com/psettings/guest-controls. (d) Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.) — We use Sentry for error monitoring and performance tracking with a 10% sampling rate. Sentry collects error data, stack traces, and performance metrics to help us identify and fix technical issues.

4. Do Not Track Signals

Some web browsers transmit "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals to websites. Because there is no universally accepted standard for how to respond to DNT signals, we do not currently respond to DNT signals. However, you can manage your tracking preferences using the opt-out tools described in this policy and through your browser settings.

5. Managing Cookies and Tracking Technologies

You can manage your cookie and tracking preferences in the following ways: (a) Browser Settings — Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. You can set your browser to refuse all cookies, accept only first-party cookies, or delete cookies when you close your browser. (b) Platform-Specific Opt-Outs — You can opt out of personalized advertising from Google (adssettings.google.com), Meta (facebook.com/adpreferences), and LinkedIn (linkedin.com/psettings/guest-controls). (c) Industry Opt-Out Tools — You can opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies through the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info) or the Network Advertising Initiative (optout.networkadvertising.org). (d) Mobile Device Settings — On mobile devices, you can limit ad tracking through your device settings (iOS: Settings > Privacy > Tracking; Android: Settings > Privacy > Ads). Note that disabling essential cookies may prevent you from using certain features of the Services.
